Cllr Roberta Swiers declared a brief acquaintance with Item 6 approximately 25 years ago and confirmed that no contact has occurred since.
253 Exclusion of the Public
Resolved
That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 5 to 13 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
